1 head broccoli, cut into florets

120 g vegan yoghurt
60 g vegan cream cheese
2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon chickpea flour
1 teaspoon dry fenugreek
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon oil, to cook

1. Mix yoghurt and the rest of the marinade ingredients in a suitable bowl.
2. Mix broccoli florets into the prepared marinade and mix well to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate these florets for 2 hours.
4. Layer the air fryer basket with parchment paper and grease it with oil.
5. At 180 C, preheat your air fryer.
6. Place the broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
7. Air fry the marinated broccoli florets for 14 minutes.
8. Serve.
