Ingredients:
50 g pumpkin seeds
50 g sunflower seeds
50 g slivered almonds
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons onion powder
Pinch smoked paprika
3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
1. At 160 C, preheat your air fryer.
2. Mix hemp hearts with 2 tablespoons oil in a bowl.
3. Spread those hemp hearts in the air fryer basket and the air fryer for 10 minutes.
4. Transfer the air-fried hemp hearts to a salad bowl.
5. Meanwhile, mix all the seeds, herbs, spices, and the rest of the oil in a pan and roast for 5 minutes.
6. Add the seeds to the hemp hearts and mix well.
7. Serve.
