1 (425 g) can of chickpeas, drained
3 g coriander
3 g fresh parsley
½ small onion
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoons salt
150 g lettuce, chopped
120 g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, sliced
34 g red onion, sliced
90 g pitted black olives, sliced

1. Layer an air fryer basket with parchment paper and grease it with cooking spray.
2. Mix chickpeas with salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic, onion, parsley, and coriander in a food processor until smooth.
3. Make 1-inch round balls out of this mixture by rolling in between your palms.
4. Preheat your air fryer appliance to 180 C.
5. Spread the falafel balls on the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients in a salad bowl
7. Top the salad with falafel and serve.
