1 block tofu, diced
450 g rotini pasta
250 g vegan cheddar cheese, diced
2 sweet peppers, chopped
1-pint grape tomatoes, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
180 ml vegan Italian dressing
30 g vegan parmesan cheese

1. Cook the rotini pasta as per the package’s instructions, drain and transfer to a bowl.
2. Preheat your air fryer appliance to 180 C.
3. Spread the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket and air fry them for 10 minutes.
4. Flip them once cooked halfway through.
5. Mix the pasta with the rest of the salad ingredients in a bowl.
6. Top this salad with tofu and serve.
