450 g shrimp, deveined, peeled, tails on

For the shrimp marinade:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 lemon (cut in two wedges, for serving)

For the shrimp dipping sauce:
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Kosher salt
Black paper
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Mix all the shrimp marinade ingredients in a suitable bowl.
2. Add shrimp to this marinade and mix gently to coat them well.
3. Let them marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
4. Meanwhile, blend all the shrimp sauce ingredients in a blender.
5. Transfer the shrimp to the air fryer basket.
6. Return the fryer basket to the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes at 60 C.
7. Serve the shrimp with dipping sauce and lemon wedges.
