Cooking spray
300 g finely chopped white fish
200 g whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
1 large egg
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
2 lime wedges

1. Grease the air fryer basket with cooking oil spray.
2. Mix panko with chili sauce, coriander, egg, salt, mayonnaise, pepper, and fish in a suitable bowl.
3. Mix well then make 3-inch-wide patties out of it.
4. Place those patties in the air fryer basket and spray them with cooking oil.
5. Return the fryer basket to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 200 C.
6. Garnish with lime wedges.
7. Enjoy.
